The staff are friendly enough but that should really be the minimum expectation. The food, however, was very poor. I ordered a ham and cheese toastie (was charged for two.. more on that later) .. the ham was a little tough and more like bacon.. the cheese once it started to cool was like chewing rubber bands! We also understand that we have the power to make positive change too. We use 100% recyclable paper cups, offer sustainable options, and ensure that none of our waste goes to landfill. Even our used coffee grounds become fertiliser for plants.
