Regularly use the dry cleaning service which is excellent. Karolina is extremely helpful and recently altered a pair of trousers for me. She did a brilliant job so I can also recommend the alterations service. ?

This is the second time that I have been into Johnsons after quite a break. Karolina has served me on both occassions and her helpful attitude and knowledge has ensured that I will keep coming back. Really good service. Thankyou Karolina, brilliant customer service.

Opening times online and on the store front state 8.30 opening. However, 8:45, they're still closed. Not very useful for getting to before you start work

Karolina came to the rescue today & transferred a logo onto a t shirt enabling my daughter to submit her uni project on time. Karolina was so very helpful & didn?t charge. Will definitely recommend & return again. Thank you so much 5??????????

Very expensive. Paid £100.50 for 4 king size duvet covers, 4 bottom sheets and 16 pillowcases! (washed and ironed). Almost twice the price of my usually laundry service (Em's Laundry in Halstead) who collect and drop off to my doorstep!
I had to use Johnsons as my usual laundry service was closed for a week and I was short on stock as I run a B&B. Karolina was very very friendly and helpful, and the laundry was nice and clean, but the price was not acceptable.
You pay by the bag, the laundry fitted into 3 bags when dirty, but easily fitted into 2 upon collection. They really should charge per item, and not per bag.
5 stars for cleaning, but only 3 for price.
