Good value for money. It was perfect for we needed it for (2 night stay) clean, fresh bed sheets and towels. Clean bathroom and toilet. Tea making bits and loo roll topped up each day.Staff approachable and friendly.Perfect location into the town and our weekend destination. Would stay here again! ?Rooms: Room was ideal. Fresh and clean.Nearby activities: Town centre, nice. 2 min walk.Walkability: 2 min from town.

Welcoming & very helpful staff,..thanks Austin!Lovely spacious room with comfortable double bed & nice ensuite,(plenty of hot water) + tea & coffee making facilities.Continental breakfast available including GF options but the hotel is only a couple of minutes walk from town with all its amenities including some excellent cafes ( Huffers,David's) & The Codfather fish & chips if you want to eat out. Car Parking out front. Excellent!

Very friendly and helpful staff. The bed was very comfortable. I stayed for one night. Shame there wasn't a cooked breakfast but the continental breakfast was good.

Good value room for the night, close to town centre. Comfy enough, although breakfast could be better.Rooms: Room (no. 5) was comfy enough, if a little cramped. They provided a fridge, tea and instant coffee. The room was too hot because the radiator valves seemed to be faulty and would not turn off.Bathroom was ok - shower worked well. The shower curtain though was held up by magic, and I bet it falls down very soon.Not the hotel's fault, but neighbouring guest had TV on loudly late into the night (00:30) until I banged on her door and asked her to turn it down.Close to a main road, so some traffic noise, but not too bad.Food & drinks: "Continental" breakfast only. Limited choice of cereals. Basic white or brown bread for toast, and some mass-produced croissants. Various jams for the toast, but no marmalade! They could do a lot better with this I feel for little extra cost.

I made an error with my booking and mixed up the dates. I was recommended an alternative hotel nearby and my wrong booking was cancelled without fuss or fee. Great service after I?d been an idiot.

Place smelled like an old care home, room was nothing like what they advertise, (had a ripped carpet instead of wooden flooring) had a shower over the bath that only just sprayed over the taps and water kept going hot or

Clean hotel, friendly staff. Very quiet at night so relaxing and get a good night's sleep. Well located. The town centre is about 3 minutes walk away.

Room ok you get what you pay for unfortunately our room was above the security light and entrance and when the other party of guests staying arrived back at 1am they woke us up and kept us awake till 3am !! Left before 6am !
