Stopped in at Halfords, Sudbury around midday Saturday as my AC was pumping warm air, which isnt ideal when it was 24' outside! Was seen immediately, they ran some checks, then regassed the system, checked everything again and I was done and out again in around 15 minutes. Couldn't have asked for a smoother, more effecient service. Highly recommend them. Thanks everyone at Halfords, especially Chris.

Disappointed traveled an hour to purchase a balance bike only to find you have to order and it takes 4 days!! Halfords have no contact numbers so even though it shows stock as a customer you cannot contact to check before travel! This includes staff at the store apparently they also have no contact with other stores. Bury St Edmund's showing stock only to find they actually don't, if you are trading in the UK why not have a call centre here? Makes no sense having an Indian call centre

Came in for some new interior lights to be assisted by Sam B. He went above and beyond and even went as far to tell me about the common issues to look out for in my newly bought car and much more. Lad clearly knows his stuff very helpful.

Had my brake light out right before my MOT! ?
Alex very friendly- professional and helped sort out my light quickly and efficiently aswell as checking all of my other lights to ensure they wouldn?t be a problem! He had great customer service and received extra bonus points for being a cat person! ????
