Lacking staff. Only one person on shop floor on a busy Saturday. He was stacking shelfs with no one at the checkout. Very annoying, especially when my son got turned down for a weekend job because he had no experience. He could of been packing that shelf. It's ridiculous, anyone could of just walked out the shop without paying !!!!!!

I found the shopping aisles very small only one trolley could go down at a time it took a lot longer to shop. If you want to bulk buy it's ok but not cheap. The young gentleman at the checkout was very good and polite. I will not return...

We abandoned shopping and decided to leave the store quickly after a child started kicking the wheels of our daughters wheelchair. ( not your fault). There was a queue and the guy said he was closing. A young man started to open the 2nd till, as my wife walked over towards it pushing our daughter the guy took one look at her and walked away. Shouting " You've got 3 minutes yet Dan , I will be back then. At the least very rude at the worst sending a clear message the Disabled and old can wait . To add insult to injury we have found that we were charged for 4 packs of butter and only have 3 in the shopping bag. Needless to say the child caught up with us before we got through the till. Totally shameful.

Very disappointed had a list from the leaflet they send out. Out of 11 items I wanted, they only had two of them. And the layout was confusing.
