My experience at creative couture was not a pleasant one.I was booked in with Anne-Marie at 9am she were late, no apology. then got someone else to start my hair and then someone else to finish my hair.The foils were left on over an hour and I had already explained that my hair was very fine after having chemotherapy treatment 8 years ago and breaks very easily.I wasn't spoken to apart from when I first arrived, and then an offer of a drink, lastly to check I still wanted a rough dry. The girl washing my hair complained that "this was going to ruin her nails" as there were no gloves apparently.I like a laugh and I am very open minded but hearing a conversation from the staff talking about doing things with animals was a bit too far.I left feeling very miserable and that I was an inconvenience them.I contacted Anne-Marie via the WhatsApp group she added me to, she read the message and 5 days later I still have no reply.Terrible experience and not even an apology.Service: Hair highlighting

Amazing, Ann-Marie, listened and offered advice on how to have my hair.The bond between her and Jess is Amazing, together they both made me feel at ease, and included me in their conversations.Great, relaxing atmosphere, entertainment and a great hair style.What more can you ask for

I've just had a treatment that I was really anxious about. I called ahead to explain my concerns and the staff were really understanding. They were patient and kind, and answered all my (many) questions, and I left feeling really happy. Highly recommended.Service: Tanning

After 10 years of having my eyelashes permed & tinted, I thought I?d give false lashes a go. I?ll admit I was a bit scared in case I wouldn?t like them & they?d be too much but Jade put me at ease, made me feel extremely welcome & wow, I absolutely love them & now can?t see I?ll ever not have them. Massive thank you to Jade for working your magic!!

One star for Kitty, because she is a great hairdresser, one star for the calling me after they lied me about Kitty's available appointments. Maybe this is a good hair salon, but they should to learn, that "The straight way is the best way. Got a gents cut and had to get another straight away to fix it.Only place an appointment was available and it's evident why now.It was a cheap haircut and you get what you pay for

I can't recommend this salon enough! I had my hair done with Ann-Marie, she re styled and coloured my hair and i am very happy with outcome and have had lots of compliments on my hair.Service was amazing very friendly i had a lovely time relaxing while having hair done. Also got lots of advice to help keep my hair nice and of course i am booked in to go back!Salon was very clean and comfortable and stylish best haircut i have had in a time!
