Went in to buy some new shoes woman in there polite efficient and very helpful got a big discount with my blue light card scheme amazing wish I had joined blue light card scheme sooner local shop have used them before I always say to shop local as much as possible happy customer

Everyone is always so helpful and polite.
If they haven't got my size in stock, then they always check my size online. Everyone is so friendly.
Shoes are always comfortable from the moment they put the shoes on my feet. Big thank you to everyone.

I telephoned yesterday afternoon to ask about booking an appointment to have my feet measured (for context, I'm an autistic adult, who gets anxious in busy shops and has trouble spontaneously asking staff about things). I was dismayed to here the young lady at the other end tell me: "we don't actually measure adults feet". This something I have never once known to be true of any of the four other branches of Clarks I've been to in the region. I could have maybe understood if the shop had exclusively sold childrens shoes. But the interior photo on google, and the front of the shop I saw in person, clearly showed that they stock adult shoes.

I took my son here yesterday as he had a pair of Clarks shoes that were less than 6 months old that had split . I was told they couldn't help me because they were brought from an outlet. I just thought Clarks were Clarks! Anyway I thought ok so I said can I please have some new school shoes please. The women said oh I'm dealing with someone else. Really? You were serving me! So another women came and served us measured his feet and it turned out there was 1 pair yes 1 pair he had a choice of ! Ridiculous he is a standard size 6 so it's not like he needed extra wide fitting or anything!
