Popped into Card Factory at around 17:15 last Wednesday and was genuinely impressed by the service. Despite it being late in the day, Debbie and Lisa were an enormous help and really saved the day! I'd had some items damaged in the recent severe weather, and they couldn't have been more accommodating.
This, like all the other card factory shops, we're the go-to place to reasonably priced nice greetings cards. However, as the prices went up, the quality went down. It's still well worth going to get a few, but if you're a fan of beautiful verses in cards, you will be rather disappointed with the ones here.

This is a very handily located store in tge heart of Sudbury. The selection is always varied and extremely well priced. The layout is simple and well thought out abd super easy to navigate.The staff are always very helpful and professional too which makes the whole shopping experience seamless.Highly recommended.
