This does not even deserve a 1 star ! Delivery was delayed, only a 14 min drive. When it arrived all the burgers were stone cold and the bottom bun had disintegrated. These are advertised as smash burgers but are more like the formed thick frozen type. We called to complain, to be told we are liars and the male we spoke to was extremely rude, told to go through just eat. We will be doing that but the restaurant have failed to put it down as delivered from their end ???? .

This deserves 0 star. Over priced and poor service.
Ordered via just eat, after an hour wait and no update we enquired only to be told it was another hour wait. We cancelled the order as soon as we receive the update as we did not want to wait another hour and ordered from another more reliable business in Halstead.
Just Eat marked the order as cancelled and confirmed we should get a refund that never arrived because the restaurant did not want to give the money back for their poor service resulting on the food never being delivered.
Never ordering from this place again and uninstalling Just eat app.

Fantastic burger, fantastic bread, fantastic avocado salad, and fabulous service! Prices are on the cheap side for such high quality!

Great service and atmosphere.Burgers were fine although slightly overdone on 1 side.Slightly disappointed with the pushing for tips card payment system (we would tip anyway) and seeing the chef doing a pizza Pulling his phone off the pocket, texting, then going back to doing pizzas without washing his hands.

In the last couple of weeks we've tried to eat here twice. The first time we arrived at 20.45 only to be told they were closing, despite advertising their closing time (and with a big sign on the door saying as such) as 23.00. The second time we arrived at 19.45 and were told that they were fully booked, even though only a quarter of the tables were occupied. When I questioned that, we were told the kitchen was 'very busy' and the waitress pointed to one table which appeared to have about 8 people seated. When we walked past an hour later, having eaten elsewhere, they were the only customers in the entire restaurant. If they can't cope with more than one table on a Saturday night, what's the point in being open? Given the reviews on here, perhaps they don't want people to actually eat in there. We have eaten there previously, once in the restaurant and once with a takeaway, and the food was mediocre at best and the takeaway order we were given was wrong, but thought we'd try again as Sudbury is so limited with restaurant choices. We definitely won't bother trying again.

i have ordered from this restaurant multiple times and the first time i ordered i had issues with it not turning up so i sent in a complaint and it turned up 30 minutes after the complaint so in total 2 hours 30 minutes the next 2 orders went fine got the food i do quite like their food but this time my third of fourth order it again has had delivery issues and this time i've sent the complaint and its still not arrived after two and a half hours i tried calling the company but there is no response what so ever from the phone number on their contact us page on the site hopefully this can be resolved as i ordered for my family this time and since it hasn't arrived has thoroughly annoyed my dad.

Order was wrong, I phoned to complain and the manager was dismissive and suggested I complain to JustEat.The burger was supposed to be plain, as ordered, my daughter does not like any sauce.No apology offers when I complained, I have ordered at least once a week from this company for the last few years, despite them getting orders wrong fairly often and I have always complained but had a decent response. I am disgusted by their attitude of the guy I spoke to tonight.Never again.

Burgers lovely. Fries soft and chewy, not fresh. Mac and cheese ok but not very cheesy. Doughnuts chewy, didn't seem fully cooked. Overall disappointing as had heard good things.
