Very well run business estate. Owners trustworthy and nice people which is very important. Also found them to be very responsive to any queries, straightforward and polite. Would highly recommend the offices. In my experience the owners go above and beyond for tenants.

My experiences renting here for 3 years:
The business estate itself is quite nice, plenty of parking and well maintained. The units are mostly to a high standard, especially the newly renovated ones, with air con, excellent security, etc, however this is reflected in the fairly high price you pay per month for a business unit. It has always felt safe, and as a woman who often worked late at night, I have appreciated the extra security and gates.
Unfortunately, during my 3 years of renting units there, I found the support of the site management in the last 18 months somewhat lacking. Very 'meh'.
Several problems weren't dealt with quickly, including power cuts to my 3phase which were an installation fault on their part. This cost my small business dearly in the weeks leading up to Xmas 2020. I had to hire a kiln elsewhere due to their fault, and when I invoiced the landlord and management for the kiln rental (not charging for my loss of time or petrol because I had to take a day out to deliver pots to Norfolk for firing, and then another day to collect them a week later), that invoice was completely ignored.
On a plus note, the men who are employed there are very helpful. Carl and the team who work for ASR have often gone above and beyond for me on occasions, and in general they are really nice people, which reflects well on management.
