Very helpful and friendly spoke to Jane and she was brilliant and got my issue resolved quick and easy highly recommend speaking to her at the branch and going to that branch in general to solve any problems you may have

It's only open during the week if you want to get served by a person. I work during those times, so I can't access any face to face banking services until I'm on holiday from work. The few people I do see who work there are nice though, they're the only reason my review is not 1*.
