Lynn saved me from a small crisis last week involving a dress I needed to pick up as I was wearing it the following day for a wedding! The dress was going to be delayed until the day after the wedding due to the earlier-than-signposted road closures for the cycle race.
Lynn, the delivery driver and the area manager (Lee?) managed to get my dress dropped off at an Ipswich branch, for the area manager to put the stowmarket dry cleaning in his car and drive it over! I got the dress that very day and cannot fault Timpson customer service one bit. Thank you! (Sorry this is a bit late!!)

The elastic on my slip on shoe had broken. A Scottish lady fixed them and done a great job. I picked them up a couple of hours after dropping them off. It only cost £5.

Fantastic customer service, professionalism, and quality.
The only place I will have my suits dry cleaned.
I needed a suit dry cleaned, a suit zip that needed fixing which Lin was able to fix there and then, and a new watch strap which took 2 minutes.
They also have a short turnaround time for alterations.
Brilliant service and it's local. Support local businesses like this!

Stopped in to get 2 keys cut, asked the guy working there if he had any spare unusable keys I could have for my son (18months) he said sure I?ll give you a set so we came back 10 minutes later and he gave my boy 4 keys of different shapes and coulours we were both very appreciative. Also cut 2 house keys for me at a very reasonable price 5 star thank you.

I have been into Timpsons in Stowmarket twice in the last two days - once to get a new battery for my watch, which was efficiently replaced in minutes, and again today to have my ailing iPhone battery replaced - which, again, was done in time for me to pick it up shortly afterwards. Polite, friendly and efficient service - and much appreciated.
