Highly recommend, great knowledgeable friendly staff , who it seems have customer service front and centre of what they do .i have bought both glasses and contact lenses from this Specsavers.
Special shout out to the optician who fitted my contact lenses , I have wore lenses since I was a teenage and can hands on say these are the best fit , comfort and vision wise !

I can highly recommend Specsavers in Stowmarket. I received a professional and friendly service throughout my visit. Glass frames a little misleading as the buy one get one free option only works if you require a basic pair of glasses which I did not.

Could I please give a mention to Joan who I spoke to on the phone yesterday. She obviously picked up I was feeling anxious about my eye health, and phoned me back when I lost signal, gave me various options above and beyond what was expected of her, carried out a basic triage to ascertain if I needed a & e, and then phoned me back with a cancellation appointment so I could see an optician today. All with kindness and understanding. Thank you

All the staff were polite, friendly and welcoming. They have such patience with vulnerable customers and watching them explain and help everything in such a kind way was lovely. They weren?t pushy with any of the products they offer and at no point did I feel rushed or hurried when deciding which new glasses to get.
