“Lynn saved me from a small crisis last week involving a dress I needed to pick up as I was wearing it the following day for a wedding! The dress was going to be delayed until the day after the wedding due to the earlier-than-signposted road closures for the cycle race.
Lynn, the delivery driver and the area manager (Lee?) managed to get my dress dropped off at an Ipswich branch, for the area manager to put the stowmarket dry cleaning in his car and drive it over! I got the dress that very day and cannot fault Timpson customer service one bit. Thank you! (Sorry this is a bit late!!)”
