Pointless and ridiculous, any way to stop anyone banking or taking money from their bank account and this branch will do it, closing my account, with a Trustpilot review of 1.8 surprised anyone uses them

have been with nationwide from age of 16 no 70 few minor glitches on the way but always solved quickly efficiently and friendly much better than accounts i've had with other banks

Poor service. Wanted bank statements as far back as they go. Unfortunately online it only goes back 3 years. I also wanted to see specific names on payments made. As i got inline an older lady came out to ask if she could help. As i asked her she bluntly told me that they can't provide specific names of payments, only full... read full comment
