So far not to impressive. Their website is outdated as to their location so I parked much further away than I needed to and as my knees are poor I would have parked differently. I was asked to sign a disclaimer that the dry cleaning process may shrink the curtains by up to 10 to 20mm ??? Never heard of that before. Talk about covering your ar5e

I took a quilt cover in to be ironed. Asked the price and she said £8.50 but then I said you said £6 on the phone. 'Oh right yes £6', which was strange. Picked it up today and realised I had wasted £6, no better than I could have done it at home, in fact I will need to go over it again.

woman in the store let's out huge sigh when asked if it was a hermes collection point then grins when she says she can't help with amazon package-less drop offs. very unhelpful and isn't the first time. someone else working there tried to steal my wifes parcel recently because it had been waiting at the store more than 2 daysService: Delivery
