Just want to say what great customer service.nothing was too much. . I went in to replace a chain that I had lost , Going that extra mile by attaching a pendant to it , that had once been an earring with no extra charge.Made my day

Wonderful little jewellery shop.I thought I needed a new battery for my dad's watch but all it needed was a good clean out. Ricky wouldn't accept a penny! So nice to find such 'good old fashioned' and friendly service.

supeb communication and service - had to travel for 40mins but worth the trip - needed a new watch crown and stem having broken mine to upgrade my watch to sapphire crystal - wonderful gentleman sorted my problem in 5 mins and didnt charge excessively to do it. will come here again if i need anything else watch related - even a battery change is a very reasonable cost - well done for such a superb service! go vegan for victory!

We have lived in Suffolk for five years but we have only just found this lovelyjewellers.We only went in originally with my husbands old watch that he has had for years, and to see if it could be cleaned. How ever it turned out it had water damage and is now given up the ghost.My husband has now bought me a lovely pair of earrings which I am over the moon with.I have some broken jewellery that needs to be brought back to life and we will definitely be going back in the New Year.Thank you so much for all your help and patience.Merry ChristmasCaz and Ken Hawthorn

I took a very old watch in to them which hadn't been used for years. I'd had a new battery fitted and it seemed to work initially but then played up. The gentleman took the time to remove the back and look at it while I was there, found that the mechanism had dried out and was sticking due to lack of use, sprayed some lubricant in and got it working again. This took him a little while and I wanted to pay him for his time and trouble but he wouldn't accept any payment. Wonderful service, and all with a smile and very cheerful chat! The 5 stars are well deserved.

Got six watch batteries fitted while I shopped today. Fantastic service, great advice and extremely competitive prices. Highly recommend. It just looks quite small from the outside by the shop is a real Aladdin?s cave. I can?t recommend highly enough and will definitely return. Good old fashioned service.

Rik was really helpful. Helped me chose a replacement ring and took the time to ensure I got the correct size. Ordered it in and it came within a couple of days. Top quality service, would definitely use again and recommend to others.
