I managed to get in easily with plenty of working pumps and access, staff were friendly and fuel wasn't overly priced. Staff friendly.

Good little petrol station, freindly staff. Only complaint is the speed of the fuel pumps as they are much slower then other petrol stations so takes longer to fill up.

What a rip off, called in today for a calor gas refill £43.25 the cashier took the money kept us waiting at least 10 mins to serve everyone else even though there was more staff available.Took the empty bottle, then tried to give the same empty bottle back to us, told him that?s the empty one we just gave you. He then proceeded to try & give us another empty bottle, before admitting they didn?t have any full ones. Went to another supplier & got one for £28

The prices here are terrible?£3 for a packet of Haribo! The Co-op, located just across from this forecourt, offers much lower prices. Additionally, I?ve noticed that almost every time I visit this forecourt late at night, the shop is closed, even though it is supposed to be open 24 hours a day.

Terrible service. Multiple times I?ve bought vapes that have already been opened and are dead. I?ve challenged this with their staff who refuse to acknowledge this.

The staff were very helpful but the price of patio gas is probably the most expensive in eastern England. What a rip off by both Esso and Calor Gas. Did you know you can buy bottled gas in France at under ?30. Oh do I regret voting for leaving the EU. I now realise our government is much worse than the EU.

Rude man tonight, no customer service, a bottle of wine fell on floor (not my fault, stacked incorrectly) on the floor, breaking the bottom and contents spilling. With no staff about. I cleared the debris up and put back on shelf to tell staff of occurence, to save any further staff / customers hurting themselves on broken glass, he popped up from the back, to be greeted with abuse of why I put Broken bottle on shelf .I was going to explain that was to trying to help CUSTOMER'S OR STAFF HURTING THEMSELVES. I was up front and honest with what happened, but the response was unfounded. It was a simple mistake and not my fault

Nice Esso located near the Magpie pub and Co-op. their is a small shop called Londis which you can get a small variety of different snacks and crisps for on the go and there is some grab and go hot fast food too. There is a supply of travel items too. It?s good to go to if you need a quick snack or stock up on gas/ petrol. This petrol station does unleaded, diesel and doesn?t do electric charging. There is a tire pump located on the far left of the petrol pumps which you have to pay for.
