Manager very unhelpful, grumpy, abrupt and rude, he actually rolled his eyes at me. Appalling customer service.

I have had a very bad experience with customer service. I was not allowed to return a fautly product (!) bought the same morning. I was told because it has been used we cannot rerurn it the same day! I had to try to use it, how could I know it is faulty? Very rude service
