I will be honest . I'm sat up the bar just having drinks and it's great. It's a proper pub. The food though, not eaten looks good.
The bar staff are legends, I'm not a local but i feel like one. This is a pub!

This pub has slowly gotten worse over the years. Final straw was being talked to like a you know what by a member of staff. If it?s too busy for you to handle then find another job. We won?t be missed but we won?t miss you either.

Stopped for a drink whilst visiting the area. Didn't partake of the food options as neither of us fancied pizza (only options).
Sat in rear courtyard l, which wasn't too busy and the pub is dog friendly too

Such a nice pub, friendly staff well kept beer. But the biggest surprise was how great the food was. Best real pizza we have had in a long time. Even asked for a mixed half and half, which they were happy to do. Best fresh ingredients, highly recommended.
