2 weeks ago I called into the Southwold office to confirm a delivery time for tributes.My first impressions were off an abrupt staff member who was not particularly helpful. 4 days later I deliver the flowers, I asked if this doorway was the only entrance, the reply yes!.The coffin spray was 5 foot long and the staff member "snatched" it from me and knocked one end against the wall. Her sharp questions regarding who they were from. Is it ****? She used the first name rather than Mr ****.Once the funeral had taken place, I emailed Fishers on Monday 17th January to raise my concerns.As yet not even an acknowledgement.As a friend of the deceased family I am speechless as to the lack of care and respect shown by this particular staff member.
