Rang to place an order, got three items into our 7 item order and asked for no prawns due to allergy and was told they cannot do that and hung up. Disappointing, will take my business elsewhere

Inside a local pub, very weird atmosphere as I walked in to collect my order. On holiday in the area so fancied a Thai meal. My husband had beef panang, and I had twice cooked pork. Both dishes tasted bland and overcooked not nice at all, definitely not like any Thai food I've had before, would not recommend.

Do you like your food tasting like fairy liquid? How about beef that's been cooked in dish soap? Then is is the place for you!!

Place is great for food and drink, but the manager or bartender doesn't care if the music is deafening to the customers and makes excuses.

Chinese food here is great. We got a take away with a lots of dishes. The standouts for us were The sweet n sour prawn balls, they were amazing, they?re not too bready. The Satay sauce is proper tasty. I use to live in Hong Kong and it?s very difficult to find proper special fried rice in this country, it?s normally dark and soaked in soy sauce and it shouldn?t be. This place does it right. YUM!

Nice Chinese takeaway but, definitely a pub for the locals. Landlord was quite abrupt towards my wife when trying to order over the excessively loud music. Quality of food good, but wouldn't recommend for a quiet drink.

Just called in to pickup a take away. It has a Chinese kitchen. Noisy music in the bar making it difficult to communicate. The best looked good but not hanging around in that tracker. Food was good. Xxxx

We came here 27/10/22 and from the outside the restaurant looked like a pub. We went inside and was shown through to the restaurant. The room had simple decor and was clean well presented. More to the point we had an amazing meal. Could not fault any of the dishes (and we did have a few). The cost was very reasonable. We were here on holiday and I only wish they would move their business nearer to us so we could enjoy the food more often. Thank you Queens Head. Brilliant.
