Just had poor customer service from this business, I have a guarantee for the part and labour I have just had done, because the business would not make just one phone call to the guarantee company I am unable to claim back my costs, not impressed!!! Update 04/01/2021, an update to the above, I asked for the old part back with a view to sending it of to Volkswagen for them to inspect. Before I embarrassed myself I tested the part myself and found it to be working as it should. I informed samkins and received all sorts of reasons why they were not happy to do anything, would I recommend, never . a lesson learnt.
