This place could do with a revamp.. or a deep clean! The place is disgusting and dirty and there is soo many flys about you cant eat your food in peace the landing everywhere. In the food fridge there is hardly anything in there, only good thing was the drinks and service. Please have a revamp and make it clean!

Service slow. Thw cake counter is open so you can see all the fly'a crawling over the cakes wouldn't buy anything out of there!

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING!!! I was charged £18 for a hot chocolate and they refused to refund me !!!!! 0/10 customer service, they should be ashamed

Staff helpful and friendly . There?s a weird smell in there which put me off eating anything . The flat white was average .

It's Costa. The food is mostly prepackaged and heated as required. The coffee and other drinks look good but I have tea, sadly they don't offer decaffeinated tea but they do offer different types of milk. I enjoy the location and going with a friend. The seating is nicely spaced out and we can talk without being overheard. It is a pleasant experience.
