A hidden gem! Hop on a train to get here and the pub is opposite the station, have a cold beer / food whilst watching the kids play in safety. A real find?thank you to the person that recommended it!!!

Popped in while waiting for a train with my grandmother. Was met with the kindest welcome from a lovely waitress who I forgot to ask the name of but wish I had gotten it!
We were sat immediately and offered drinks and food. I had a burger and it was absolutely delicious. Thanks again to the lovely waitress and rest of the team at The Duck. Will be back x

What an amazing meal. The roast was easily the best I?ve had - the pickled cabbage was reduced into the most amazing jus and the gravy was delicious. For pud, the most delicious meringue blood orange tart with the shortest of pastry, blood orange sorbet and peeled segments of fruit. Fabulous service, lovely atmosphere. Clean and relaxed. Bravo to the chef and front of house. Five stars all round.
