Stopped at this pub last week and I was charged £10 for a Diet Coke and an orange and lemonade. Coincidentally I had a ten pound note in my hand! I wonder if it had been less money had I paid by card. I did question the barman at the time and he told me that the price was correct. Funny I didn’t see him run it through... read full comment

Staying at polstead country park We walked through the woods to the Cock Inn pub.What a lovely surprise it was very friendly we ordered drinks and the ordered food. I had the battered haddock and chips my wife had pan fried fish of the day also haddock I have to day it was the best I have tasted the batter was light... read full comment
