The large welcome sign at the Brewers must be there ironically as its not how we felt when we arrived for a late evening drink when stopping on the campsite across the road recently. If anything serving us felt like an inconvenience.
We didn't eat here on this trip but have done previously and it wasn't much to write home about. It's a shame really as for a pub out in the sticks you'd hope that you would be welcomed and we're not talking red carpet, but a simple hello or good evening wouldn't go amiss.

Had drinks in the evening and then Sunday lunch the following day . The Meats where perfect . Staff where lovely and the chef did not skimp out on the amount of meat either . Overall a great experience and prices not bad either would highly recommend .

Amazing place to eat and drink. Hospitality is great with a warm welcome. Would really recommend. Only slight down side the landlord and landlady don't seem to get along all the time.

Good day, Both my college and myself where out and about in Layham today, on route home we decided to stop at the brewer's arm,s public house. What a surprise we decided to eat not only of the delicious smell of freshly cooked food but also of the welcome of the land lady and land lord first class. To our surprise, both of us decided on a medium roast carvery I had roast beef cooked to perfection a lovley rosey pink center plus vegetables and my college had pork, turkey and gammon and vegetables it was orsum. To finish of a real old fashion 99 mr softly ice cream plus a chocolate flake took me back to my school day's, in all 2pints, two caverys and two 99ice creams for £40 if you pass it I suggest you turn around and go back and have a feast, many thanks to all the staff a real pleasure to eat with you. Booked at short notice.
Table set ready on arrival including high chair.
Food was fantastic and ample portions.
