Murray hosted my daughter & son- in- laws after wedding meal. It was a small gathering of family & friends. We had roast chicken & beef with all the trimmings - it was delicious. Welcome to Box River Café & Wine Bar, a pretty, cosy venue in the heart of picturesque Boxford, and Anglia Wines' first 'pop-up' wine bar.
On the menu are gastronomic brunches, sandwiches, salads, toasties and soups, cakes, scones, charcuterie and delicatessen, all alongside ethically sourced, delicious tea and coffee.
Explore a varied, extensive wine list, with bottles available to take away at retail cost, or to drink on site for an affordable corkage.
Look out for regular wine tasting evenings as well as other special ticketed events.
You can be sure of a warm welcome, and we will do our best to cater to all dietary needs. Well behaved dogs are welcome around our outside seating.
