ILLEGAL WORK. NOT TAKING RESPONSIBILITYHad a bathroom done 6 years ago.Sink is installed tilted backwards so have water constantly on the back of sink causing mould.Cabinet they installed split after 6 months.These things I could live with and did. However. Last issue I had did it for me.The guy that I was recommended by John Anderson to do the electrical work used indoor wires on the outside which now have caused the issue of the wires in the shower melted and blew the fuses rendering us without heating and water.Beginning of December we had to have boiler guy and electrical guy out to to figure out what was wrong. 10 hours later with less money that before this was discovered. This is ILLEGAL!!!When calling John up we had a screaming match due to his unprofessional approach ( yes I screamed as well. But I don?t run this company) he informs me it?s not his problem since he didn?t remember who it was that did the job. But who ever it was didn?t work for him anymore. (Then how did he know) to be followed up with ur was more that hired them.Yes. This is true. Technically we did hire them. Because John Anderson recommended them. Way to go to avoid responsibilityI would NOT recommend this business.I will say. The bathroom is the WAY we wanted it with where things are placed. The work. Is SO bad.

John and his team provided the design, units and appliances for our new kitchen.From the first discussion John provided expert advice and insight which allowed us to create a design together which worked for budget and wishes.The quality of units is first class, we opted for the solid wood and painted finish and we couldn't be happier. Every element of the kitchen is of high quality.We couldn't be happier with the overall service from John and his team. We'll be back for the bathroom in a couple of years!

John and Karen always go the extra mile to find what you need and help you realise what that is. We've had two kitchens, a bathroom and downstairs loo done by them over the years, always our first choice.
