After 3 visits to the shop and 2 on line requests to upgrade I finally went to the Vodafone shop in ELY, here they were equally unhelpful bit did show me the TRUE date my contract ended The nemarket shop gave me three different dates when I visited) The ?staff? do not have a scooby doo other than to tell lies!!!

We called in to the shop in Newmarket as we had to send 2 phones back as a Trade in offer for new phones .We don?t live locally and also spent a very long time on numerous occasions on the phone to customer services tooOlly was amazing . He was on the phone ages sorting our problem out as we had been on a run around.He solved our problem with a reimbursement from the VodafoneThank you so muchThe Millers

Visited on a Saturday when there was just one person working. He was very honest to everyone waiting and said he'd be a while with his current customer. Not his fault at all. More staff required, especially at the weekend!
