NOT 5 STAR HOTEL SERVICE! Recently stayed for one night. Checked on the Sunday afternoon, the lady on reception was very polite, friendly and helpful. We requested room service breakfast for the next morning, completed the sheet and handed it in to the bar the evening before as requested. We waited for half an hour after the requested delivery time but there was no sign of it arriving. Phoned through to reception who where not the most helpful, they called back 5 minutes later to take the order as clearly the sheet had been lost! No apology or acknowledgement of this on the phone, at delivery or checkout. The only reason I have given 2 stars for service is due to the lady who checked us in on Sunday afternoon. The suite and the hotel grounds were lovely.

Tuddenham Mill is a peaceful, luxurious countryside escape ? and the team made our stay unforgettable.
We met Elisha before our stay - she was kind, attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Anna gave us the warmest welcome and got us off to the perfect start. In addition Sienne and Josh who worked over the weekend of our stay, were friendly and attentive ? joining in our conversations about how magical the Mill was and is especially at Christmas.
Maryan and Will, the chefs, delivered food that was truly exceptional. Beautiful presentation, stunning flavours, and thoughtful combinations. They cater carefully to dietary needs too, which gave me real peace of mind. Every meal really did feel like an ?unforgettable experience.?
Stacy and the housekeeping team kept the rooms immaculate and always greeted us warmly ? such a lovely energy from everyone.
Highly recommend Tuddenham Mill for relaxation, excellent service, and food that genuinely impresses.
? A retreat for reset, relaxation, and rejuvenation; also perfect for intimate occasions.

Bed was comfy but rooms showing age with stains and chips on furniture and fittings. Breakfast was so so, the vegetarian option swimming in water from the very wet spinach and cold veggie sausages. Not a bad deal but even the country pubs do on a par or better for same money.

A lovely character full place to visit. Good food and friendly service in a lovely peaceful setting. Don't go here if you just want cheap and cheerful, try McDonald's on the Barton Mill roundabout instead!
Visited here again 02/06/25. Very pleasant sitting in the sun with a drink and light snack.
The salmon Crudo was excellent but felt that having to pay an extra £7.50 for 2 pieces of bread to go with it was a little excessive, but still an enjoyable outing.

What an absolute gem of a place. We stayed in one of the pods which have plenty of room, opening out onto lush green fields. Perfect tranquility. Service was excellent and breakfast was lush. Highly recommend.

We?ve stayed at Tuddenham multiple times over the past few years and loved it so much that we recently had our wedding there. It was the perfect day. The staff were amazing and ensured the day went smoothly. The food was delicious, all our guests agreed. And the venue itself just looked stunning. Big thank you to Michaela for helping us plan the day in the months leading up, we couldn?t have done it without you. I have no doubt we?ll be staying here as much as we can over the years to come, it?s a very special place for us. Thank you Tuddenham!

From the moment we arrived at Tuddenham Mill, we were captivated by the absolutely scenic and peaceful surroundings. Nestled in the beautiful countryside, the setting alone made the experience feel like a true escape from everyday life.
The food was, without a doubt, out of this world ? every dish was a perfect balance of creativity, flavor, and presentation. You can really tell the chefs here put passion and expertise into every plate.
The service was just as impressive. The waiters were so kind, attentive, and professional, always there when you needed them without ever feeling intrusive. Their warmth and attention to detail made the entire evening even more special.
Tuddenham Mill truly exceeded every expectation. I can?t recommend it highly enough for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience in a stunning location. We can?t wait to come back!
