NOT 5 STAR HOTEL SERVICE! Recently stayed for one night. Checked on the Sunday afternoon, the lady on reception was very polite, friendly and helpful. We requested room service breakfast for the next morning, completed the sheet and handed it in to the bar the evening before as requested. We waited for half an hour after... read full comment
