My mum has vascular dementia. The stylist was very considerate and friendly and put my mum at ease. The young lady the washed her hair was very patient and kind with her. Very professional and warm and friendly service.

Clean and tidy salon and good customer service. Offered a drink as soon as I arrived. Hair wash experience was lovely. Ela at Newmarket salon was really friendly. She actually took time to talk through what I wanted and was really lovely to chat too and made me feel really comfortable

Georgia has been cutting my hair for years and even though the cost keeps creeping up and is more expensive than other salons for a haircut service. The convenience & ease for me to book online last minute to my schedule on the booking system.

Georgia and Mollie came up with a plan for my hair and explained everything to me. They took care of what my hair needed as well as the end result I?m looking for. My toddler was with me and all the staff were friendly with her and looked after us.
