I had a phone from different supplier which I was now using with my Three sim only contract, My phone was completely unresponsive, just flashes on the screen and no way of using any of the services.
I visited the newmarket store and was quickly helped by the wonderful Addie, they helped me upgrade my sim only contract to a contract with a handset and assisted as much as was possible in the recovery of my backed up information. They were extremely helpful in helping me work through some of the challenges which came up and i was able to leave the store feeling that my disaster of a day was on a better track and that i could turn to this store, and especially Addie if I were to have any questions.
Addie also made me feel very comfortable to pick the correct phone for me both in budget and in the technicalities I wanted (or more accurately didn't want) and now that my new device is fully active I can say that I can happily say I was given the product I wanted, not the product that they wanted to sell.

Kieran and Harrison worked in tandem to help my family and I. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable in helping me for my specific situation. We are an American military family who've just moved to the UK and the whole experience could've been daunting and stressful. However, the two sat us down and made sure we were helped and squared away. From the bottom of our hearts we thank them for their kindness and candor. We highly recommend for others in our situation to strongly consider and hope they are taken care of. Thank you for a warm welcome to the UK.

Most of the staff here are extremely helpful and friendly, but 1 employee?s dishonesty has cost me £300.
After signing up for a 5G Home Broadband Router, I tried to return it after 6 weeks as the signal was so poor I couldn?t load anything. I was informed I had a 1 year membership and I could not cancel.
After coming back a year later, this has turned out to be FALSE! I was on a rolling monthly subscription, and he could have cancelled it then.
Thanks to this particular employee, I have paid a monthly subscription for 12 months, on a product that has sat in a cupboard unused.
I am currently disputing this with Three, but have to wait 4 weeks until I get a response.
It is worth noting the most recent employee in the store was kind and helpful in cancelling my subscription, even helping me download and set up the app to update my address before cancelling.
Additionally, I couldn?t even return the Router in store, I have to post it to Three myself.

Excellent customer service from Arooj and Lucia! They were both very patient, friendly and helpful. I sincerely appreciate ALL of their time! Kudos to both of these ladies!

Staff were trying sell their products without thinking of the customer.Roan missed to mention very important part that I can't return the product back without paying extra if I'm not happy... Really disappointed

Was having loads of problems with a broken router. Made many calls to the technical team in India. A disaster.1 couldn?t understand stand them.2 No help at all. 3 They were extremely rude, unprofessional doesn?t come close.Finally told to go to the store. I had already been twice with no help. Went a third time and jackpot. Finally got an assistant that was amazing. The young lady was interested & finally having tried everything. Including calling the tech team. Who were about has useless & unhelpful with her.Finally she spoke with her manager & solved the problem. Why that didn?t happen 5 days earlier who knows.
