Shows as in stock on the app, but not a single label on the shelves, and staff couldn?t find any in the back either. Complete waste of time. Now I have to go elsewhere to buy what I need. Why advertise something on offer if you don?t even have it available in-store? If it's not actually in stock, don?t show it as available on the app.
On a separate note, the unseasoned meat selection has become really poor lately?shelves often empty and what's left has a very short expiry date. Same goes for the berries. I've bought packs of raspberries and strawberries recently, only to get home and find them squashed and already going bad, despite being within the use-by date. Really disappointing quality overall.

Miserable experience at 7.30 on a Saturday morning as the place has loads of Tesco staff doing click and collect and they are the rudest and most inconsiderate shoppers you can imagine. They move around in groups, chatting, blocking aisles and pushing their trollies with no thought for customers. Will go elsewhere for my shopping.

Tidy and well presented store but the queue lengths are often unacceptable. So often I come in and the scan as you shop scanners are out of service. Scan as you shop checkouts are also frequently closed off so you have to wait in a long queue for self service or for a regular cashier till, of which they only ever seem to open 2 at most.

Today I bought a takeaway Chinese meal for 2 in the box very disappointing not so much in the box as there use to be very dry.
2 meals 1 rice 4 tiny spring rolls pack of prawn crackers. Won't be buying this again

Hate shopping here. Small cramped aisles, especially with all click and collect trollies taking all the space. Cant get down the aisles. Rude staff. Horrible atmosphere. Self service staff are like the gestapo, paid for all my shopping, a box of wine set of the alarm, treated like a thief. Avoid like the plague. I'd rather drive to Cambridge or bury st edmunds a much better shop, nicer staff, treated better. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!!!

Don't buy alcohol here , all four of us age 26 and above had Identification ,1 had a virtual passport and driver's license. The rest had it in hand. Member of staff was grumpy and blatantly rude. Bad customer service even if he refuses to sell us a couple cans of cider.

I (sadly) love a big Tesco. No idea why just do. This has been my favourite store since it opened. However...70%+ of the time I scanned as I shop in have to stand around at the self scan checkout and have my neatly packed away shopping turfed upside down to be checked. Tesco can see by my club card history how many hundreds of thousands of pounds I must've spent over the years, including insurances, loans and credit cards...yet I'm still forced to endure it. It happens far too often to be random and other people I speak to hardly ever have to go through it.

The store itself when shopping is great. Unfortunately the toilets are absolutely vile. They?re always the same Everytime I?ve been in there so the cleaners are definitely not doing their job. There is wee all over the floors even on the walls. Poo all over the toilet seats and other locations. You?re more likely to catch something in there then actually use them for what they?re supposed to be used for. This is also down to the customers?if you make a mess clean it! No one wants have to clean up your mess just so they can use the toilet. Disgusting.
