Assistant, Lillie, was very polite, friendly and helpful especially welcome when I had 2 kids who have been in a car on a long journey.

Beware! You need cash as card reader not working, ladies toilets were all blocked, full of water and paper so I used disabled toilet which had no soap. We had some food and coffee to have 'in' but no plates/mugs available as dishwasher broken, had to request another paper bag to eat off. Signs informing you that there's no crockery and ladies toilets closed off would have useful. We won't be stopping here again.

The most absolutely revolting men?s toilets I have ever been in.
More urine on the floor, like a swimming pool of pee.
The revolting smell in the seating area was horrendous. (Sour Dirry Nasty Smell).
