Staff very helpful and attentive.
Optician was very thorough and took time to explain everything in detail and made helpful suggestions as to which glasses would be best.
Lots of confusing price options with the lenses and frames with 2 for 1 offers but hopefully we got there in the end.
I have to wait a couple of weeks for the varifocals so I can't really comment on the actual glasses until then.

My partner went over to get his eyes retested and had issue with haziness they told him
It was because he was keeping his eye lenses in too long and did nothing then he went to Boots Opticians and got a second opinion and it turned out he had cataracts in both eyes
I also requested my prescription to be sent by email first they had my email recorded on in correctly then when this was rectified in the shop they never some it over
Specsavers recently deteriorated immensely in their service and I for one and my partner will not be using them
I also may add they called back after my partner put in a call stating that they had incorrectly diagnosed him and they never attempted to make any compensation
I feel this needs to be brought to the attention of their customers so they will take more care diagnosing eye problems
Please alll be aware what they diagno you with may not be actually a correct diagnosis so please please get a second opinion
