“I had a lovely experience with the West suffolk council and Guineas shopping centre cleaning staff. We were on a holiday and my wife lost her purse somewhere near the Guineas shopping centre toilet. We looked everywhere but couldn't find it. I called the council even though it was a long shot and spoke to a nice helpful lady and she told me she'll speak to the staff in the shopping centre and get back to me.As she told me, she phoned me back after a few minutes and confirmed that the cleaning staff had found it and kept it in their office. She also told me the place and time to meet them.Another very kind lady from cleaning staff had handed over the purse to us safely, including everything which was inside.Hats off to the staff in West suffolk council and cleaning staff members in Guineas shopping centre and many thanks to the person who has handed over the purse safely to the cleaning staff.They have saved our day, and we can't tell you how grateful we are.”

“I had a phone from different supplier which I was now using with my Three sim only contract, My phone was completely unresponsive, just flashes on the screen and no way of using any of the services.

I visited the newmarket store and was quickly helped by the wonderful Addie, they helped me upgrade my sim only contract to a contract with a handset and assisted as much as was possible in the recovery of my backed up information. They were extremely helpful in helping me work through some of the challenges which came up and i was able to leave the store feeling that my disaster of a day was on a better track and that i could turn to this store, and especially Addie if I were to have any questions.

Addie also made me feel very comfortable to pick the correct phone for me both in budget and in the technicalities I wanted (or more accurately didn't want) and now that my new device is fully active I can say that I can happily say I was given the product I wanted, not the product that they wanted to sell.”

“This is a large store with lots of products for sale. Never seems to be fully staffed! Which as other reviews states creates large queues at pick times. It might be better sometimes to visit another post office and save some time”
