Just purchased some jaffa cakes with a drink at newmarket station. They say £1.80 on the shelf, they charged £2.40. Said it shows lower price on the shelf, she just said, oh the label must be wrong and committed to charge me full price, given its illegal to show one price and charge more at the till, im amazed they didnt respect the price was wrong and charge me label price. The staff do need to learn some customer service aswell.
I hope these posts actually get looked at, as displaying wrong price is an issue. Misleading and illegal.

Pump was so slow at dispensing fuel. Staff seem to have little grasp over basic English and I was tutted at for asking for my receipt after the worker had clearly assumed I wouldn't be needing it and screwed it up. Awful service.

21/01/2018 hello just would like to let you know there is no one on the station at 1:30am and later my friend was there around 2:00am, and there was no one at the station! That will go as complain!

pathetic servicewe went to buy beers late night we asked for 6 beers and next we asked for milk bottle but he refused to serve us he was asking us to tell us everything at once we were disappointed with the service and immediately moved on from there to nearby BP he was very rude with us i think his name is sinnaiah

Sick and tired of rude night staff who don?t have a good enough command of the English language to understand simple requests such as ?one bottle of Diet Coke please? I was tutted at, and the staff member shook his head before shuffling off. The night staff should be reminded that they are paid to serve customers. I left without my drink, furious at the poor service and attitude I had received.

Asian guy who works the night shift is an absolute disgrace!!Refused my disabled mother toilet access and then put a stop on customers using fuel.Extremely rude and disgusting attitude.

Guy that works the nightshift is a complete tool. Not the useful kind though. Cant speak a word of English. Had to fuel up a can for a works vehicle (fuel card) turned into a carrier.

Staff is very friendly. Only bad point is the access to the petrol station full of pot holes.

Staff are not social distancing, when I politely suggested to the member of staff that she should not be standing behind me, I got an aggressive and sarcastic reply. AVOID!I then wondered about hygiene as they are unwilling to follow government guidelines, so refused to have the drink I bought until it had been disinfected. Really poor.
