Lovely room however lift to 3rd floor not working so had to get off at 2 and walk.
Rooms: Premier plus fabulous
Food and drinks: Booked and paid for breakfast at 11am arrived at 10.50 to be told restaurant closed last orders 10.45. Very angry manager advised us restaurant not part of hotel and that they should have told us correct time. However he did re open kitchen for us not a great experience.

Avoid at all costs, the food at the beefeater is terrible?your better off eating mud, bread was as hard as nails would need a grinder to cut it.

I picked this premier inn because it's a premier plus. I thought that meant it had a buffet breakfast but it doesn't.
The parking is in guineas car park opposite and it's not a big deal. It is a bit confusing though because it says 'level 2' is premier inn parking but you only go up 1 level. Half of is up the ramp on the outside of the electric gate and half is inside. Photo below.
If you cant get in the premier inn spots you can park in normal parking and get up and use the pay and display the next morning. Not a massive problem.

staff are great but free internet is shocking and no signal at all for phones. Used to make you buy ultimate wi-fi. Rooms are good. We stayed premium as well the showers need maintenance as the pipes leak everywhere

The receptionist made our stay difficult and awkward. She seemed uninterested in her job and was not helpful at all. Car park full and was forced to pay and display in the public car park.

Stayed on business, we managed to find the free parking spaces adjacent the hotel which was a real bonus.
Staff were excellent and probably the best I've encountered at a Premier inn.
The rooms were standard, and very clean.
Food was served quickly and of a good standard.

Nice hotel, when the carpet has been fully laid, close to Newmarket centre, not buffet help yourself breakfast for hot food, but order from staff. Neither of the vending machines in the lobby worked. Parking is in multi storey opposite of you can find space and no parking for vehicles over 2.1m.

Lovely room but lack of towels- had a convoluted conversation to get the correct number.
