Pre loved furniture, clothes, toys and household items. Staff are lovely and helpful and go out of their way to help you. You can reserve items for 24 hours if needed and a delivery service is available for a small fee (depending on the journey) all charity ran and a really good place to spend money if your looking for something second hand as the money goes towards helping those who need it!

Unfortunately priced to the hilt! Silver Cross pram one week was £60 7 days later £150. Plates and bowls priced at £4 each to have very visible cracks and chips. Bags priced at £15 found ripped inside and full of makeup to be told, "Maybe someone would like it ripped." Asked for a price on an item to be told we have to wait till it's priced by Thomas as we're not allowed to price items anymore. To us and many of the other patrons, it's had all the fun priced out of the place. Ruined a lovely shop with some original faithful staff, unfortunately, unable to keep it great. After reading a previous review (real hotel inspector), "a polish chap" sounds like Thomas.

Used to love this charity shop so much but unfortunately it is extremely overpriced now. Just like the rest of them. I used to love open door due to the fact it was cheap and cheerful how a charity shop should be! Won?t be returning.

Charity's are getting too picky. My hubby Took descent bedding in today only to be rejected for various petty reasons. Really rediculous. Will use the tip next time!

I'm an elderly lady living with my husband that has mobility issues, we are both pensioner's so we don't have a great deal of money to spare. I came into the shop on Tuesday and enquired about a second hand mobility walker for my husband, I was told it would cost me £30 as the Polish man serving said it's a bargain as they are £80 brand new. He wasn't polite at all and made me feel really uncomfortable and out of place. The shop needs to cut back to how prices used to be. Also the staff need to be more welcoming too.Annie
