I wasn't familiar with New Look until I came across it online and was delighted to find there were actual shops to actually stop in. I came on an early weekday while staff were restocking. Love the girls in the Newmarket store, they are all so helpful and happy. Sarah and Lucy was so happy to help that I felt like I had my own personal stylists/shoppers. The staff are so helpful new look is my go to shop when I need a outfit if I can’t find what I want they really go all out to help. Thank you ladies
