Waited on telephone line for 15 minutes with dreamy music but NO customer advisor! Really want to use Nationwide - especially with other High Street banks abandoning customers but PLEASE get people you employ BACK into the WORKPLACE!

Covid regulations adhered to. Masks must be worn. Finding, since the pandemic have to queue a lot longer. I like the service l get at this branch. The staff are very helpful and explain their products very clearly. Although living in Cambridge l always use the Newmarket branch as the journey is quicker and parking easier and affordable. My only criticism and why l have not given 5 stars is this branch is closed on Saturdays. The hours too are shorter and l guess this is why there are queues. I do hope Nationwide will think about addressing this problem, otherwise they are a great building society.
