I have visited them once in their salon almost 2 months ago to request home visit for my wedding day and I got no response because they said that they have to speak to the manager and that they will call me to let me know. That never happened. I called them 3 times in the past 4 weeks, they said that they will call me back but again, they never did. I was their customer for the past year, unfortunately it seems that they don?t care to keep their customers. That?s a shame.

I have been attending Moss Hair and Beauty for a few months now for facials after the last salon I used closed. I have to say I have found a gem!. The staff are lovely, the facials with Sarah and another lady were absolutely brilliant and I couldn't be happier with the care, attention, knowledge and results!. Highly recommend and so pleased i have found them!.

Rachel was so lovely. It was my first appointment with her and at Miss. She was so friendly and put me at ease, making good suggestions, while still listening to my ideas. I then booked my daughter on and she treated her like a princess. Can't wait to go back ?

I was booked in at a local hotel for my son's wedding. I had an appointment at their spa (booked over a year previously) for hair, make up and nails. They cancelled everything the Sunday before the wedding. Riding to the rescue came Moss, Amanda was amazing. Our nails were beautifully manicured and polished Friday afternoon, then Saturday morning they did my hair and put my other son's partner's hair in the most stunning updo. It was Amanda's day off but she came in specially to do our makeup, she even offered to collect us at the hotel and drive us back. You don't get service like that in many places. So ladies thank you very much, the wedding was amazing and we received so many compliments.Services: Hairstyling
