I bank with Lloyds, have a credit card and savings accounts yet they wouldn?t help me with validating my identification for a requirement that needed a bank stamp. NatWest helped me out.

As a Loyal member of Lloyd?s for 25 plus years, it?s frustrating that you can?t deposit money directly at the counter anymore. You?re routinely redirected to the cash deposit machine, but the cashier shuts down their kiosk to take you over to a machine even for a simple deposit. The main reason I queued at the counter was to withdraw some pound coins, something the deposit machine doesn?t support. Then the machine wouldn?t except some of my notes, this should have been a straightforward request, then had to queue again for my coins! It was a time consuming fiasco.
Lloyds should reconsider this policy and allow flexibility for counter service when it?s clearly the more practical option.

Went into Lloyds bank to block a payment and ended up opening other accounts that would gain me interest Alison was amazing and I kept this lady back after closing hour , really helpful patient lady thank you Alidon

I went into Lloyds Bank on Newmarket High Street today (9th December 2024) to transfer money between accounts that needed to be done by the staff. I was served by the Manager, Chris, and he was very helpful and friendly and got everything done very professionally. He and the bank are a credit to Lloyds.

The best and kindest help from the lady behind the entrance counter who very kindly printed out copies of all my bank statements for the past five years since I opened my current account with Lloyds Bank. Eternally grateful for all your help.

I asked about downgrading my Club Lloyd's account to a classic account. I was told that I can't do it online. I was told to phone a number which is almost impossible to get an answer from.So I managed to do it myself online.

Can I say a big thank you to staff in the Newmarket Branch who on th May took exceptional care of my son when he experienced a panic attack ( PTSD) , very often people think sufferers under the influence of drink or drugs, not in this case the staff could not have been more kind and understanding, sorry in his confused state my son didn't get names, you know who you are Thank you very much.

Lloyd's Bank Newmarket UK: Covid rules and regulations well signposted, masks to be worn. Large airy building, well staffed. Wheelchair access good. Helpful staff member directing customers to appropriate access point. Transaction carried out smoothly and efficiently, plus online cheque and paying in book ordered. Very professional service.
