Helpful, friendly and efficient. My car lease company told me that it would take 4 days to get my damaged tyre replaced, I need the car every day! Kwik Fit Newmarket assessed the damage, gained approval from the lease company, sorced the tyre and fitted it, all in one day. Great job ? Thank you Kwik Fit Newmarket ?

Thanks to Mitch and his team! I visited on 25/08/2025 and he very quickly fitted me in to have my tyres changed on my 218i
Mitch also made time to come out and look at my partner?s car and offer some very helpful advice to her.

Had a blowout on our tyre an hour and a half from home and just about managed to get the car to kwik fit, spoke to the manager and asked for urgent help however he was very rude and said it would be a 4 hour wait. I work in the motor trade and I know a picture repair takes 10 minutes. Luckily a very nice local garage round the corner helped us out instead. So don't go to this so called kwik fit if you need help.

Thank you so much to the team for helping us in an emergency on 09.07.25 at 4.30pm when we had a problem with our tyres on the A14 on the way to Blackpool for our Son's uni graduation. They were brilliant for fitting us in and making the journey a lot easier. Really would recommend them 100%

To the manager whom brought a tyre to the store after a surprise blow out heading home, I managed to reach this shop unknowingly going through refurb. We were on a camping trip when we discovered a nail in one of our tyres ? not exactly the kind of adventure we had in mind! Thankfully, we were close to Kwik Fit in Newmarket, and they sorted it out super quickly. Amazing service that truly saved our day!

Excellent service from all at this Kwik Fit branch. I had two slow puncturers and within 5 minutes of arriving the team were working on my car. Luckily they could be repaired and I could continue my journey home to Kent safely. Thank you to all.?

I recently visited the Kwik Fit service center in Newmarket, and I must say, I was impressed! The service was incredibly professional ? the staff were friendly and helpful from start to finish. Additionally, their expertise and experience with BMW vehicles were evident, which gave me great confidence in their work. Highly recommend!
