Overcharged me for valet and didn?t even clean everything. Got the full valet and they didn?t clean the seats. Told me after I paid that it would £10 per seat. Why is this not advertised?

washed my car today & I could see the bonnet was still dirty after completion after looking over the car I was shocked that it was still so dirty. Bird muck on the window and door filthy bonnet & dirty wheels.I was told after speaking to the manager it was because I had a roof rack ? The car had been through previously with said roof rack on & the service wasnt too bad.I wouldn't say good though.But to be told it still had dirty door/window & filthy wheels because of a roof rack is ridiculous. Complete RIP off & the managers responce was.... Next time we give you special deal. There will not be a next time.The lady behind me had her wing mirror knocked off during her car wash.Not very happy either.

Just paid £19 for the top wash, and wish I?d not bothered. Dirty water marks all over the car and in some areas there are blobs of what look and feel like glue.
I?m too far away to go back, so looks like I?m going to have to find a way to get the stuff off my car and clean it again.

I bought a Total Wax for £12 but I was turned on Eco Plus for £7.50
When I reported that the program was not the one I paid for, he checked that it was indeed supposed to be Total Wax but stupidly explained and showed that there was wax on the car. Better go to Tesco or Ely.

I had a mini valet today and really impressed my car was in a state I won't lie. Everyone i saw was lovely I think in total from start to finish 4 men dealt with my car and honestly it's the cleanest it has looked since a got it, and at £25 I wouldn't say a bad price at all think with small queue for main car wash all in prob took about 30mins to transform my car. Very happy and very handy they accept card payment aswel.
