Easy to find online, very easy to select and pay for the items I needed. Kept informed of the order being put together and when it would be ready to collect. The in store member of staff was very polite and efficient at getting my order for me which only took a couple of minutes.

I had very bad experience today I went to shops for the first time and at the checkout point I feel really bad. When I was about to checkout I was just looking at some items as the person at till insulted us by saying ? it?s vary vary vary costly?.
We didn?t even asked for the price or nothing just checking if I would like it but after listening to him looks like he was just trying to humiliate us while we were just shopping peacefully it?s really disappointing that the big store staff are that much narrow minded for people will prefer to buy online rather than going to shop like this were your just being insulted from staff.

Couldn't fault the 2 members of staff who helped me with a purchase. Both friendly and super helpful with my stupid questions. Parts I bought were a good price and got us out of a pickle. Excellent job.

Booked in for 9am, was seen at 8:30am which is before opening hours which was brilliant. Quick, easy, reasonably priced and hassle free. Would definitely recommend, technician was called Bobby and would give him a solid 10/10
