I love me a Dunelm can get some good deals sometimes, having just moved to Cambridge this particular Dunelm is filthy, unkempt and the toilets are one of the worst I've ever used, they stink and so filthy, worst than festivals, the staff had the displeasure of talking to were so miserable and we were a massive inconvenience asking where certain products are.
So untidy, dusty, products splattered unorganised everywhere and so many items without labels,
Im not a fan of self service but this store needs them. Staff are intolerable.

Returning a faulty item is not a cause to lose basic manners and unfortunately this was not communicated to a duty store manager and some ganky staff. Just buy from the sale is the best advice if you do shop there.

Cant say much about the store as I always come here usually to have a cofee and a snack, but better than going at costa down the road. The ladies that work at the cafe are very friendly and there is always a good vibe around the placw. They also have toilets, which is very rare.

I went in on the 20th Aug. I had online returns with me and exchanges. There were no trollies outside. The two sales assistants that greeted me at the door immediately took all of my order out of my hands and placed behind the till whilst I went into the store to look for replacements- it had a lot of stuff! At the till, a different staff member, was very patient whilst she scanned receipts, paper and email, exchanged goods, returned goods and put through new items- I was there a while. She stayed pleasant and friendly, even though I thought I was being a pain. Thank you Cambridge staff ?

Visited the Cambridge store today as I needed 10 pairs of curtains. Got to the store with my two year old daughter and couldn?t find any trolleys. Asked the staff and they said they had none so I would have to ask Lidl to use one of theirs.
I asked Lidl and they said as long as I bought something from them I could use the trolley. So I bought something from Lidl so that I could then get the curtains from dunelm with the Lidl trolley.
Absolute nightmare so far! Got back to dunelm and the lift is out of order so I can?t even use the trolley to get the curtains as they are in the 1st floor. Ask the staff if there is an alternative lift as I can?t carry the 10 pairs of curtains and look after my two year old. They say ?no the lift has been out of order for a long time?. I then ask if the staff can get the curtains for me. They said ?no we are too busy today sorry?
I will now be you going elsewhere for the curtains.

Quality of the product is good got blinds for the every windows in the house no question of quality fitting was a problem with one larger window was damaged to be fair they did replace it

Good location to get curtains and blinds while seeing them physically. Food in the cafe is reasonably good yet not as pricey as other restaurants in the retail park.

New spring merchandise is very colourful. New rugs and lamps love the selection of picture frames at reasonable prices.
