I love me a Dunelm can get some good deals sometimes, having just moved to Cambridge this particular Dunelm is filthy, unkempt and the toilets are one of the worst I've ever used, they stink and so filthy, worst than festivals, the staff had the displeasure of talking to were so miserable and we were a massive inconvenience...

Returning a faulty item is not a cause to lose basic manners and unfortunately this was not communicated to a duty store manager and some ganky staff. Just buy from the sale is the best advice if you do shop there.

Cant say much about the store as I always come here usually to have a cofee and a snack, but better than going at costa down the road. The ladies that work at the cafe are very friendly and there is always a good vibe around the placw. They also have toilets, which is very rare.
